Matt Redd is a Sulphur native with CCIM, SIOR and CPM certifications. He founded Redd Properties, LLC in 1998 as a full-service real estate firm in southwest Louisiana, handling commercial, multi-family and vacant land sales. To further meet client needs, we also offer property management and we are a state-licensed general contractor. Our highly trained account executives have more than 60 years of combined experience and have been involved in every aspect of Industrial Brokerage, Retail Brokerage, Office Brokerage, Corporate Services, Consulting Services, and Investment Sales & Acquisitions in the southwest Louisiana area.
